the platform responsibly.

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the Acanalyzer Operating System by schools, staff, and other authorized users.

Institutional Accounts

Institutions are responsible for the accuracy of their records and for how authorized users access the platform.

Authorized Use

You may only use the service for legitimate institutional, educational, and administrative purposes.

Record Accuracy

Your institution is responsible for ensuring that uploaded student, staff, and academic records are accurate and lawfully collected.

Credential Security

Administrators and users must protect their login credentials and promptly report unauthorized access or suspected misuse.

AI & Human Review

AI-powered features are intended to support staff workflows, not replace professional academic judgment.

Required Review

Teachers or authorized staff must review AI-assisted grades, comments, summaries, and recommendations before acting on them.

No Accuracy Guarantee

AI outputs may contain errors or incomplete reasoning, and final academic or disciplinary decisions remain with the institution.

Responsible Use

You may not use the service to create discriminatory outcomes, unfair assessments, or content that violates applicable law or school policy.

Subscription & Billing

Paid access to the platform is governed by the plan your institution selects.

Plan Terms

Professional and Enterprise plans include the features, limits, and support commitments presented at the time of purchase or order confirmation.

Billing

Subscriptions are billed in advance using the payment method on file unless your institution has a separate written billing arrangement.

Changes & Cancellation

You may cancel future renewals, but paid fees are generally not refunded for the current billing period unless required by law or agreed in writing.

Intellectual Property & IP Rights

Your institution retains ownership of the records and content it uploads to the platform. MP Technologies retains all rights, title, and interest in the Acanalyzer Operating System, including its software, interface, workflows, branding, and underlying technology. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service during an active subscription or approved access period.

Termination Policy: We may suspend or terminate access where there is non-payment, unlawful use, material breach of these terms, or platform abuse that threatens security, performance, or other institutions.

Liability & Disclaimers

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, MP Technologies is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform, including interruptions, delayed access, or decisions made in reliance on institutional or AI-assisted data.
